This issue is incomplete. It's missing the 1st and last page, so I don't know when exactly this issue came out, but on page 3 it does say Copyrighted 1996. Many of the ads also say Copyrighted 1996, but the problem is that I already have 4 other 1996 issues. It's probably a 1997 issue.
